BOOKING & PAYMENT:
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking.  Full payment must be received 30 days prior to check-in with exceptions being
made, at our discretion, for  last minute rentals.  Payments will be accepted in the form of postal money order or cashier's
check or a wire transfer.  Credit cards will be accepted through PayPal.  There is a refundable Security Deposit of $400.00
required.  This is a fully refundable deposit should there be no damage or loss during your stay as determined by our
representative following your last day.  This deposit will be mailed to you, via check, within
fifteen business days with the
exception of international mailings taking longer.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the US Postal Service.    

In order to make your reservation, please initially check rates and availability, and then send via e-mail your details (dates
requested, number of guests, telephone number) to Arubavilla@charter.net.  You will then receive a response from us, which
may or may not confirm availability shown on the website.  If available, we will instruct you with payment details.   For your
security, we require a telephone number for personal communication with you to confirm all details.

CANCELLATION:  Refund of payment due to unexpected circumstances prior to your arrival will be handled as follows:  (1) A
20% cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellations earlier than 30 days before arrival date.  (2) A 50% cancellation fee is
applicable for cancellations between 15 and 30 days before arrival date.  (3) A 100% cancellation fee is applicable for
cancellations within 15 days of arrival date  

Lessee shall not assign the lease nor sub-let the premises.  If Lessee vacates the premises prior to date of termination of the
lease, there will be no refund and the lease will be terminated.

PREMIUM PERIODS:  Christmas 12/20/08-1/3/09, Carnival Week 1/31/09-2/7/09, Presidents Week 2/14/09-2/21/09 and
3/14/09-3/21/09 (Exact dates may vary slightly)
About Us
When we first visited the sunny island of Aruba about 18 years ago, we fell in love with the friendly people, the  
beautiful ocean, the white sand beaches and the world-class dining.  There was no fear about drinking the water
as Aruba has the second largest desalinization plants in the world right on the island.  But after numerous years of
frequenting hotels, we wanted to find a way to enjoy this island paradise in a more comfortable way.  We
purchased our first condominium, inland and rented it out on a long term basis.  Following that real estate
venture, we sought a larger property and joined in on the first phase of the building of Jardines Del Mar back in
2005.  It started out as nothing more than a huge field of cactus in front of the beach, but the builders had a
vision of a well-built condominium complex surrounded by lush gardens.  In 2008, that dream became a reality
and Jardines Del Mar was completed.  We shipped all the furniture and furnishings from the United States and
moved it in ourselves.  It was a rewarding experience and we're proud of the way it all came together. Our priority  
was to give our guests a comfortable nights' sleep.  There's nothing worse than being in a hotel with a terrible
mattress.  Therefore we  went that extra mile and purchased Tempur-Pedic mattresses for both bedrooms along
with the pull-out sofa bed being queen sized with a Sealy Posturpedic mattress.  
We furnish all the pots & pans, utensils, baking dishes, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, wine glasses, ice
bucket, grill utensils, potholders, measuring cups..........well, you get the idea.........most anything you would need
to make your stay comfortable.  There is an "American" grocery store very nearby where you can purchase
anything from Heinz Ketchup to USDA beef.   

We will rent this property out for either a short term or on a long term basis.
